I stopped in on March 29 to fill my tank, after 2 unsuccessful attempts to purchase gas at pump #7. I cancelled the request and headed over across Highway 79 to Love's. No problem whatsoever there, spent $35. While at Flying J the wonderful gentleman on the other side of the pump also tried to get this pump to function and found it was unfruitful. He stated that he has also experienced the same issues with the gas pumps at this location. Well as I live on Highway 79 and frequent the businesses on my way to either Shreveport or Marshall, TX, I will not attempt to spend my money there again, just too frustrating. A HUGE waste of time standing there "hoping" for good customer service and functioning equipment.
